TFNBS update time!

In the last year our line has continued to grow in size just about every week and this Sunday was the biggest we have ever seen. We distributed our robust grocery packages to over 360 people. For some perspective, we did only 30 people in week one of the first lockdown. It’s only due to the hard work and joyful nature of all of our various teams that we were able to pull this off so smoothly. Well done!

We also rely heavily on our various weekly donors that include individuals, small businesses, and other local community groups. If you are interested in fuelling our endeavours please reach out. A big thank you for all of the help we have gotten from Toronto’s service industry, from front of house folks to professional chefs, but don’t worry, you don’t need to a pro chef to join our Satellite chef team. We would also like a few more drivers. Reach out at team@Torontofoodnotbombs.ca

Also, anyone interested in helping us to create banners to put up on the gates the city of Toronto put up to keep us out of Allan Gardens?

Like always, we are constantly in search of food donations of all kinds or you can always make an etransfer to our email or look to our website to how to donate.

As is tradition, here are some photos from our distribution on Sunday.

Love and Solidarity.
